As a part of the support and maintenance framework Rufus Leonard provide a collaborative online working space for the maintenance of all relevant documentation.

Rufus Leonard use Basecamp which is a simple to use, secure online workspace that enables Rufus Leonard and clients to transfer documents and work effectively online. It contains project and collaborative tools that supports the day to day project work.

Each project space has individual teams set up for both Rufus Leonard and the client. Categories and files are set up within a framework that is easy to navigate and access.
